Getting to know you
After sending your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If we are impressed by your documents, you will receive an invitation within two weeks to an interview with our personnel officer Karin Geiselbrecht and the responsible specialist departments. For this first meeting, we don’t follow a strict set of questions. We want the conversation to be as natural and informal as possible so that we get to know the real you. We will also be looking at your technical qualifications, of course. If everything goes well, then we will talk to you in a face-to-face meeting about the details of the job and the employment contract. If the outcome is positive, you will receive this contract within a few days so that you will be all set to enter the world of EVO.
Once the contract is agreed, the onboarding process begins. We will send you the most important information in advance and let you know your contact person. Our recruitment team are available to answer any further questions you may have. On your first day, we will invite you to our EVO welcome event and give you your starter pack. During your first few weeks, you will be supported by a mentor who will help familiarise you with the role. If you have applied to our graduate programme, your six-week coaching course at the EVO Campus will start at this point. And whatever your career path, we invite you to get to know your colleagues on a more personal level.
